Education and experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Phycology, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
2+ years of proven work experience in Recruiting.
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
Good knowledge of labor legislation.
Good knowledge of competency-based interviews and psychometric evaluations.
Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb English & Spanish Communication skills
Strong decision-making skills.
Experience recruiting IT profiles
