Brand Strategist



Description The Brand Strategist is responsible for the positioning and achieving the objectives for the GBH brand. Creating, reviewing, editing, and schedule content for the company that will be published on the website and social media profiles and other digital channels of the company. They will be responsible for researching key SEO terms and implementing them in our content for maximum exposure. They must detect opportunities for improvement and be a leader in their implementation. Objectives Pursue the objectives defined for the GBH brand and any other brands or sub-brand related to the company. Write all content aimed at our buyer and / or target audience in the different digital channels in both English and Spanish. Keep the continuous update in terms of trends, new formats, and best practices. Create paid media, SEO, and SEM strategies that lead the company to achieve its communication objectives. Assist, if necessary, as a bridge of customer service between the users and the brand. Responsibilities Lead digital communication strategy of the GBH brand and its sub-brands. Lead GBH’s SEO, SEM and e-commerce strategy. Participate and/or contribute creating content strategies together with the graphic design team. Conduct research to strengthen and support existing strategic campaigns. Schedule the publications in the different social networks if necessary. Assist with monitoring of GBH’s and other brand-related sub-brands/accounts If required. Create and guide paid media strategies. Create interesting interactions with followers of the brand, generating positive conversation in relation to the comments received. Notify improvement needs or updates of the FAQ documents of the accounts you manage. Notify needs to update the quick response tool of the accounts you manage. Creation of content calendars (editorial calendars) based on the defined strategies Review best practices and new social media trends. Participate in strategy meetings. Participate in meetings to present metrics. Participate in events of the brands you manage. Requirements At least 5 years of experience working as a Content Creator, Brand Strategist or as a Social Media Manager Graduated of careers such as Marketing, Advertising, Social Communication, Digital Communication, or related areas. Advanced English level. Vast knowledge in the commercial administration of the different social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) MailChimp knowledge would be a plus.
