The team has come together either from friendships, previous working experiences, or a random tweet, and since 2011, our shared passion has kept us in constant collaboration. We are hiring a talented Sales Manager who has excellent communication skills, enjoys working in a team and has passion about closing deals. Job title Sales Manager Reports to CEO Job purpose Responsible for developing revenue-producing relationships with decision-making executives, as well as driving the sales cycle of all assigned sales opportunities from initial prospect communication through contract execution with pro-active solutions for the identified client. Duties and responsibilities - Offer necessary product knowledge and technical expertise translating into successful sales. - Publish go-to-market strategy setting up product positioning, target customers and end users. - Coordinate the development of selling tools for presentations, demos and trade shows. - Suggest new product concepts, enhancements and potential new partnerships. - Present proposals on potential client’s needs. - Present quotes and suggest solutions on customer’s needs. - Uncover potential clients needs to sell solutions. - Update on product or service information, pricing, and contract terms, be aware what’s on the market. - Assist sales through calls and web-based presentations to maintain product positioning and strategies. - Handle in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors, and market conditions. Qualifications Education, Skills & Experience: - At least 3+ years of experience in selling IT consulting, Engineering, Infrastructure & Application services within the region and at least 5+ years overall experience as a salesperson preferably working in a leading IT service. - Strong sales profile with a proven track record of success in selling technology services - Self-motivated, ambitious, focused, detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task - Demonstrates a good understanding of IT and software design and development flows. - Has knowledge of the complete sales process, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact with developers’ teams at all levels. - Able to grasp complex technical data and to communicate to a broad range of technical and non-technical people (MUST) - Should be able to drive sales for the company and have experience in handling the complete sales cycle in a global delivery model.
