  • Improve and enforce our software development process while executing it on our flagship products
  • Assess alongside with our Project Manager / Scrum Master our Agile/SCRUM methodology
  • Direct the development team (and help them grow) by mentoring them and introducing new technologies and processes
  • Direct the development team in order to become more efficient and help the team leader make better trade offs on a week-to-week basis
  • Expose data around the state of the software, team, and processes to your team to empower them to improve
  • Supporting engineering team by creating a positive influence on them while maintaining culture
  • Architect and diagram next generation software
  • Drive and enforce the test-driven development approach on our team
  • Adopt a CI mindset in order to speed up deployments, reduce total cost of ownership, and maintain quality


We like to work with people that are committed and collaborative leaders. You should have a strong technical background combined with a drive for digital products, our systems need to be performant and reliable and your experience should reflect that. Given the versatile nature of the role, we’re looking for someone who learns fast, enjoys leading and working with others, and is a pragmatic decision-maker.

  • 3+ years technical leadership in a Development role managing/directing 5+ people
  • 5+ years being a developer in an enterprise software environment
  • Excellent knowledge of modern development techniques, processes and tools 
  • Strong architecture background and hands-on experience creating and implementing architectures across a product 
  • Experience with development of customer-facing products
  • Proven track record implementing best practices in development 
  • Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
  • Effective communication both verbal and written
  • Ability to establish priorities, time management and make decision
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English)
